Ethical Considerations éthique
All research involving human participants must respect the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Authors are asked to state in the manuscript that informed consent has been obtained from participants (or their legal guardians, where applicable), and that approval has been received from an appropriate ethics committee where required.
In recognition of the research limitations that may arise from the need to respect patient human rights, the Journal may accept papers presenting imperfect data when such data nonetheless serve the medical and educational needs of persons with disabilities.
